By using sunshine carbon arc as an artificial light source. Carbon arc emits ultraviolet, visible and infrared radiation. Ultraviolet Fade Meter (FOM)

It is a simulation the indoor weather environmental that consist of light, heat and humidity for interior product test. By using carbon arc as an artificial light source. Carbon arc emits ultraviolet, visible and infrared radiation. The product exposed light, heat, and humidity.

   
Xenon Weather Meter (Xenon)

It is a simulation the outdoor and indoor weather environmental that consist of light, dark, heat, humidity and rain for exterior and interior products test. By using xenon lamp as an artificial light source. It is capable of super-accelerated tests with ultraviolet irradiance three times stronger than that of sunlight to speed up the product test.

QUV test machine

It is a simulation the outdoor weather environmental that is natural sunlight (UV light) expose to product. By using fluorescent UV lamp as an artificial light source. This test measures the effect of ultraviolet light on the mechanical properties of a product.




The products are deteriorated from many different forms of weather environment such as light, rain, temperature and humidity which effects can cause a change in color, cracking, corrosion etc.

It is takes a long time to verify the product's weather through outdoor exposure tests.

So, Accelerated weathering test is a simulation of the natural conditions using artificial light source to speed up the weathering process can significantly shorten the time.
